Loretta was born in the Czech city of Brno, as a union of several band musicians, like NYX. Their style was classic heavy metal, which they displayed in their only album, self titled “Loretta”.

Biography:
Loretta was born in the Czech city of Brno, as a union of several band musicians, like NYX. Their style was classic heavy metal, which they displayed in their only album, self titled “Loretta”.

The album was released through the record label Multisonic, and consisted of nine songs of which surprisingly for an album of the style, age and region, only contained a ballad “Bohuzel”.

With the departure of Yvona Pesková, the group eventually dissolved by mutual consent in 1992. Martina Ponocná continued linked to music, playing in the also female band Ksichties.
